Attendee registration is now open through June 14. After June 14 at 8:00 am, we will only accept on-site registration if space allows. Don’t wait to register! Registration is available only online. Once we reach full capacity, registration will close. We do not allow shared registrations. Students must have a University ID to show when they check-in on-site. The below prices include pre-conference sessions.

Pre-Conference Special Sessions Only: $0.00
This includes access to one or two sessions. You can select from CERC, SIREN Basic User, SIREN Collaborator, WebEOC, and CEMP. This does not include any other conference events. SIREN, WebEOC, and CEMP are limited to 23 people each. CERC is limited to 40 people.
A full refund less a $25.00 processing fee will be provided for cancellation request received prior to June 10. No refunds will be provided after June 10. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Deb at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Payment is due when submitting the online registration form by credit card or within two days by check or hardcopy PO. If you need an invoice, you must contact our office to request one. If full payment is not received by June 14 a $50.00 per person late fee will be assessed.
There are six pre-conference special sessions that are free ONLY if you do not attend any other Summit events. The special session are on Tuesday and include; CERC, SIREN Basic User, SIREN Collaborator, WebEOC, CEMP, and Stop the Bleed. We will be scanning badges as each person enters into sessions and tracking attendance. If you plan to attend other Summit sessions, you need to register as an attendee. Once again, this year you will not pre-register for sessions. You can attend any session at the Summit until room capacity is filled.
If you register for a pre-conference session, you will receive more information via email one week prior to the Summit.
An online program with a full listing of session title, speakers, and room locations will be posted on the website 1 week prior to the Summit.
