Participating in the poster presentation provides an opportunity to:
To be considered for a Poster Session, you must submit a Poster Session abstract online by April 17 at 8:00 am CST, which includes a brief description of your project/topic (200 words or less). Topics may include, but are not limited to academic or field research, innovative demonstration/pilot projects, disaster response lessons learned, health care preparedness, and public-private partnerships.
Selected participants are expected to be onsite at the summit on Wednesday, June 26 to set up their poster, and present their display during the designated time below to answer any questions from attendees. Each display will be a 36” x 48” informational poster. The poster session is intended to be casual and conversational; there will be no formal presentation.

Each poster session abstract that is accepted will include one (1) FREE conference registration. Additional authors for each poster session will be responsible for payment of the conference fee if they choose to attend. Full attendance for poster authors is not required. Applicants will be notified regarding their acceptance by April 24.

On Wednesday, June 26, exhibitors will be located at the Marriott Hotel & Conference Center (NOT the Bone Student Center). All Summit events on Wednesday will take place at the Marriott Hotel. If you need to ship any boxes, ship them to the Marriott Hotel at 201 Broadway Ave, Normal, IL 61761. They will only accept boxes that arrive beginning on June 24. Any boxes that arrive prior to this date, could be turned away. Ship to:

The exhibit floor will be open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 26. Exhibits are located in the general session room. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to pass through the booths many times a day during breaks and in between sessions. Booth assignments will be made in order of the receipt of the registration form and level of sponsorship, with first preference given to Summit benefactors. One Summit registration is included with your booth rental fee. Additional representatives may attend for a discounted fee of $75.00 each.
Each indoor booth includes an 8’ table with a black drape and 2 chairs. If you require additional space, electricity, phone lines, or other audiovisual needs, you must request in advance and additional fees may be assessed. Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit area for set up beginning on June 26th between 7:00 am – 8:00 am and can be dismantled after 5:00 pm. Once registered, more detailed information regarding unloading and parking will be emailed to you.

Non-Profit Exhibitor: $400
Academia Exhibitor: $100
This premiere level includes sponsorship of a break, breakfast, lunch, or reception. The cost will be determined based on your selected banquet service. Breakfast - $3,000, Breaks - $3,500, Lunch - $4,000, Reception, $5,000
Door prizes will be given away at the Welcome Reception on June 25.
